Interior Design: Paint, Upholstery, and Art Selection, Framing, and Placement. Curation of all furniture, home furnishings, and accessories.
Kitchen Design: Demolition of existing bathroom. Installation of new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, hardwood floors, backsplash tile, plumbing fixtures, recessed and undercabinet lighting, and paint.
Bathroom Design: Demolition of existing bathroom. Remodel and installation of new vanity, tile, plumbing fixtures (tub, toilet, vanity and shower faucet), lighting, mirrors, and paint.
Interior Renovation: Demolition of entire rowhouse interior. Renovation included updating house to include 4.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms, multiple common areas, and a modern glass staircase railing. Coordination and selection of all finishes to include but not limited to, hardwood floors, tile, cabinets, countertops, lighting, plumbing, brick and paint.
