I love a good fashion illustration. However, it is a rare occurrence to see people of color represented in these fashion illustrations. Nicholle Kobi, Eeni, and Yagazie Emezi are all illustrators of color whose work I follow on Instagram. Their illustrations are fashion forward, chic, and relevant to current events. I am obsessed with these ladies and their art. I even went so far as to ask Nicholle Kobi to create a custom image personalized for me but she declined. Not one to be dissuaded, I told her to let me know if she ever changes her mind. Here's to hoping....
